Application of Molybdenum and Tungsten Products in the Sapphire Crystal Growth Furnace Industry

Since the crystal growth temperature of sapphire is as high as 2200℃, it has very high requirements for temperature stability and thermal environment. Therefore, tungsten and molybdenum materials with high melting point, low pollution and stable performance at high temperature are widely used in sapphire crystal growth furnaces.
The common methods of sapphire crystal growing:
- KY (Kyropoulos Method)
- CZ (Czochralski Method)
- EFG Method (Edge Defined Film-fed Growth)
- HEM method (Heat Exchange Method)
- VHGF (Vertical Horizontal Gradient Freezing )
- ES2-GSA method
Luoyang Rare Metal Research Material Co.,Ltd provides a complete set of hot zone design, production, and after-sales technical support for sapphire crystal growth furnaces.
Tungsten and molybdenum materials are used as hot zone components of sapphire crystal growth furnaces, mainly including:
- Tungsten crucible, molybdenum crucible,
