Product Advantages
High Temperature Stability
Melting point 2610℃, density 10.2 g/cm³. Maintains stable mechanical strength and shape at high temperatures, suitable for high-temperature furnace supports and hot zone components.
Excellent Mechanical Strength
Tensile strength at room temperature is 650 MPa, and at 1000℃ it remains at 220 MPa, with elongation of 25% and 20% respectively. Powder metallurgy combined with heat treatment creates a uniform microstructure, ensuring no deformation under thermal expansion and external forces.
Precision Dimensions and Smooth Surface
Diameter 7–145 mm, length 100–3000 mm, tolerance ±0.03–0.2 mm, Ra ≤0.8–3.2 μm. Uniform internal structure, suitable for high-precision assembly.
Stable Thermoelectric Properties
Resistivity ranges from 0.054 Ω·mm²/m (20℃) to 0.571 Ω·mm²/m (2000℃). The uniform internal structure of the metal ensures linear changes in thermoelectric properties, making it suitable for electron tube and thin-film deposition applications.
Multi-Process Customization Capabilities
Deep-hole drilled tubes, sintered tubes, welded tubes, rolled tubes, and drawn tubes are available. Mechanical and surface properties can be adjusted by adjusting powder purity, sintering density, and processing methods.
