Introduction
Molybdenum Fasteners is a key component specially used in high temperature furnace system. It is made of high purity molybdenum (≥99.95%) or its alloys such as TZM and MoLa, and has excellent high temperature strength, oxidation resistance and thermal stability. It is widely used in high temperature equipment such as vacuum furnace, single crystal furnace, sintering furnace, etc., and is suitable for long-term use under extreme temperature and frequent thermal cycle conditions.

Excellent high-temperature performance
Our molybdenum heating elements are made of high-purity molybdenum material (purity ≥99.95%), with a melting point of up to 2620°C, and can work continuously and stably in extremely high-temperature environments. Molybdenum exhibits good thermal stability under high-temperature conditions, is not easy to oxidize, and is not easy to deform structurally. It is especially suitable for heating equipment operating in vacuum environments and inert atmospheres to ensure thermal efficiency and service life.
A variety of high-performance material options
We provide three commonly used molybdenum-based materials: Mo-1 pure molybdenum, TZM alloy and MoLa alloy, which can meet the use requirements of different industries. TZM alloy significantly improves creep resistance while maintaining high-temperature strength by adding titanium (Ti) and zirconium (Zr) elements, and is suitable for working conditions with high mechanical stress. MoLa alloy adds rare earth oxides to molybdenum to improve the stability and thermal shock resistance of the material under thermal cycles, and is suitable for equipment that is frequently started and shut down.
Various surface treatment methods
To meet the requirements of different working environments, our molybdenum heating elements provide a variety of surface treatment options, including black treatment (passivation protection), chemical cleaning, mechanical polishing, mirror grinding and precision grinding. Through different surface treatment methods, the corrosion resistance, surface cleanliness and heat reflection performance of the heating element can be effectively improved, and its stability and safety in special environments such as high temperature and vacuum can be further enhanced.
