Excellent Temperature Resistance
The Pure Tungsten Crucible is made from 99.95% pure tungsten, with a melting point of 3422 °C and a maximum working temperature of 2800 °C. They offer 75% better heat resistance than standard molybdenum crucibles. After 300 hours of use, the oxide layer on the inner wall is just 0.03 mm thick, far lower than the 0.5 mm oxidation loss seen in graphite crucibles.

 

Outstanding Thermal Shock Resistance
The material has a stable thermal expansion coefficient of 4.5×10⁻⁶/K. In tests involving rapid cooling from 1200 °C to room temperature, the product remains intact after 500 cycles. In comparison, quartz crucibles break after 20 cycles, and silicon nitride ceramic crucibles expand by 0.8% after 150 cycles. This product shows a dimensional change of less than 0.02%.
