Excellent strength and dimensional stability
With a material density of 19.25 g/cm³ and a tensile strength of 900 to 1510 MPa, Pure Tungsten Sheet has excellent resistance to mechanical stress. Secondly, it can still maintain dimensional accuracy under a continuous pressure of 500 MPa, with a thickness variation within 0.02 mm/m², which is ideal for high-load semiconductor device structure applications.

 

Reliable performance at high temperatures
Tungsten has a melting point of 3422°C and a recrystallization threshold above 1200°C. Even at 1600°C, its Vickers hardness is higher than HV380. In contrast, other high-temperature alloys lose about 40% of their hardness at only 700°C. After 1000 hours of continuous exposure, tungsten's strength decay remains below 5%, making it ideal for harsh thermal environments such as vacuum furnace linings.

 

Stable electrical performance at high voltages
Pure tungsten has a work function of 4.55 eV and maintains a stable dielectric constant (ε ≈ 3.5) at voltages up to 10 kV, providing reliable electromagnetic stability. Its high purity (99.95%) improves X-ray conversion efficiency, making its performance 1.8 times that of standard copper-tungsten composites, which is very advantageous for precision imaging components such as CT anode targets.
