Introduction

High Strength
Pure tungsten has a tensile strength of 900-1510 MPa, so it will not loosen or break under high load or strong vibration. Tungsten also maintains its strength at high temperatures, with a recrystallization temperature of over 1200 degrees Celsius. This means that even if heated for a long time, the fastener will not deform or produce stress creep, thereby extending the service life of the equipment.
Low Thermal Expansion
Tungsten has a thermal expansion coefficient of only 4.5×10⁻⁶/Kelvin, which is much lower than stainless steel (about 17×10⁻⁶/Kelvin) and titanium alloy (about 8.6×10⁻⁶/Kelvin). Tungsten Fasteners will not deform in environments that require repeated heating and cooling. This avoids thread loosening or assembly misalignment caused by thermal expansion and contraction, so they are very suitable for fastening systems for high-precision structures.
